3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become fully active in the carrier's system.
4. Shipping Destinations
Currently, our shipping services are exclusively optimized for and available to addresses within the **United States** (excluding P.O. Boxes and Military Bases / APO/FPO addresses to ensure safe delivery).
5. Damaged Items in Transit
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@kovanis.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always strive to work towards a satisfactory solution, including immediate replacements or refunds.
