Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Kovanis. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we are here to make it right. We offer a transparent 30-Day Free Return Policy for all our customers in the United States.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging.
2. Free Returns - No Return Shipping Fees
- Returns are **completely free** for the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kovanis.shop. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Returns Address
All authorized returns must be shipped back to our central warehouse or corporate facility at:

4. Refunds Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately at zero extra cost to you.
